의뢰서와 스캔을 받으면 마진 경계, 바이트, 스캔 누락부터 확인합니다. 작업이 어렵거나 정보가 부족한 부분은 캡처에 표시해 보내고, 원장님의 답을 받은 뒤 제작합니다. 이것이 티핏랩이 말하는 사전 CS입니다. When an Rx and scan arrive, we check the margin, bite and any missing scan data first. Anything unclear or difficult is marked on a capture and sent to you, and we start production only after your reply.

Typical issues are margin lines, bite and missing scan data. We mark them on a capture or model photo so we can review them together.

케이스에 맞는 어버트먼트를 함께 정합니다. 제조사와 관계없이 기성과 커스텀 모두 제작하며, 커스텀은 CNC·환봉 가공으로 만듭니다. 밀드바 가공과 어버트먼트·크라운 일체형 메탈 가공도 가능합니다.We choose the right abutment with you for each case, stock or custom, for any manufacturer. Custom abutments are CNC-milled from round-bar stock. Milled bars and one-piece metal abutment-crowns are also available.
구강스캐너를 활용한 기성 어버트먼트 보철도 가능하며 오스템을 권장합니다. 스트라우만, 메가젠(아리) 등도 진행합니다.Restorations on stock abutments from intraoral scans are available, with Osstem recommended. Straumann, MegaGen (AnyRidge) and others are also supported.

일체형 보철은 UCLA 캐스팅, 또는 커스텀 어버트먼트와 메탈 크라운을 일체형으로 밀링해 만듭니다.One-piece restorations are made by UCLA casting, or by milling a custom abutment and metal crown as a single unit.

인레이를 제외한 보철은 모델 출력에 소정의 비용이 발생합니다. 모델 없이 진행할지는 케이스에 따라 미리 상의합니다. 러버 임프레션(인상체)도 같은 절차로 받아 제작합니다.Model printing carries a small fee for all restorations except inlays. Whether to work without a model is agreed case by case. Conventional rubber impressions are accepted under the same process.
사례 사진은 협력 치과의 승인과 환자 동의를 받은 자료만 게시합니다. Case photos are published only with the clinic's approval and the patient's consent.
